Enjoyment tells the parasympathetic nervous system to trigger its relaxation response. This is the same system that gets your digestion going by relaxing the muscles in our gastrointestinal tract and increasing digestive juices.

For a living organisms they live only for food. why because for us food is everything. In this chapter I added some photographes of smoothie, we crave for eat.
