Morning is an important time of day because it can often tell you what kind of day one is going to have. To keep your morning fresh and energetic, who doesn’t like to have a cup of tea. The very act of preparing and serving tea encourages conversation.
Cherishing: The little pause that tea allows
Even the tea itself–warm and comforting–inspires a feeling of relaxation and trust that fosters shared confidences. Now-a-days, some people can go without food but they cannot go without a morning cup of tea .
Warmth: For the soul and spirit
In this chapter the subject is green tea with a tone of orange colour and the elements added here are the spices used in it which is green in colour. The combination of tea and spices is inseparable. Adding natural spices like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise and peppercorns to tea not only makes it delicious but also a hearty drink.

Bright blues inspire the shades of night and the light rays inspire the morning sun rise. It’s the hour when night breaks away from the day. The colours used in this chapter are blue, orange and green.
