Desserts are everyone’s favourite food item. It’s a special part of everyone’s day. Desserts include all sorts of confections, such as cakes, cookies, biscuits, cupcakes, etc. A confectionery is a place where desserts and sweets are sold. Most of the desserts are sweet, since they contain sugar. Sugar provides tenderness. to baked goods. Desserts usually come in different tastes, textures, and appearances.
They are usually eaten after the main course. meal. That is because it allows you to get the
benefit of the nutrients in the meal to stabilise your blood sugar from the sweets.

Desserts contain relatively high amounts of sugar and fat, which contribute to higher
calories than other foods. Studies have shown that having desserts makes us happy. This is due to the fact that a high amount of carbohydrates helps in the production of chemicals. like serotonin, that contributes to overall well-being. Studies have also shown that desserts lower our blood pressure.

common and favourite desserts of most people. All these desserts are brown-shaded, and the
colour theme of this book. The lighting given to the photos is morning light, as desserts are often eaten along with beverages like tea and coffee. The mood I have tried to create is of a soft light that is usually seen early in the morning, also giving the viewers a craving for the food.
