The Beauty Behind The Hills – Wagamon
I am a traveler because I love being on the road. They give us a lot of memories. Behind every journey, there is a goal and the moment we get to our goal we experience success in our lives. One such place I went to in the recent past in Wagamon. The main reason I got attracted to this particular place is the beauty behind the hills. I am such a person who loves adventure and hence hills. Life is just like hilltops because in order to reach the top we have to undergo a lot of hard work. What I am trying to convey here are the memories and the frames I captured during my journey. Wagamon is located at about 40 km from Kottayam at the border of Idukki. The climate here is cold. Every day hundreds of tourists visit this place. The magnetic factor here is the presence of hill chains and one among the most important is Uluppuni.
Pine forests and the water falls.
One who comes to visit Wagamon has to take a view of this place. The jeep safari between the hill chains is itself adventurous. The same is the case with tea plantations. This also adds to a major reason for tourist attraction. Other factors that are eye-catching are the pine forests and the waterfall. A walk through the misty pine forest is a worth lifelong experience. The view from the top of the mountain is very pleasing for the eyes. The clouds that flow along the slants of the hills create a much better ambiance than anything could ever give us. Another major attraction is the boat ride in Wagamon Lake. One such ride engraves a permanent image in one’s eyes. Thangal hills is another must-visit spot here. The moment I stood on the top it was like heaven on earth.
