Golden Hour by Libin Joseph

Life is a short span between birth and death. It’s a journey of varied experiences and special moments. Whether it’s about good moments or bad experiences; it never lasts for a long time. It’s just like the cycle that keeps on coming one after the other. It’s like the Golden Hour of the day that lasts for a very short duration. And appears again on the next day. It is referred to as the short time just after sunrise and before sunset.

“Golden Hour” is the portfolio book, where I have tried to bring in the best-captured images during the golden hour. Whether its nature around us, products we use, the food we eat, etc… everything has a perfect time and combination. Golden hour is sometimes called magic hours. The photographs in this portfolio are an effort to recall that magic hour.

Photography is that magic which I always love to have in my life. Whether its day of happiness or sorrow; I find camera as a good companion. Photography has taught me to observe the things as special moments and capture the best and the worst that happens around us.

I wish to continue my career as a wedding and event photographer. To capture the precious moments of the people around us and lock them in frames for them to cherish in future is an amazing feeling.

The spark in their eyes and their gentle smile, when they see those images of their precious moments with lots of love and affection; makes me realize that how as a photographer has become a reason for others happiness.
