For him, capturing is the art and discipline of capturing emotions while making an everlasting record that captures the soul of a moment, instead of just snapping pictures. In his visual art, he reveals layers of beauty and meaning through the depth and richness of reality. He believes both cinematography and photography as storytelling mediums, with each shot carefully designed to convey a story. His creations inspire emotions that transcend the surface, providing audiences a feeling that they are actually there while the story takes place.

John Thomas is from Angamaly, Kerala, a region known for its rich cultural legacy, and extremely eager to begin his career as a wildlife photographer and filmmaker. Each shot, in his perspective, conveys an individual tale and captures moments that are full of importance. His passion is capturing such experiences on camera so that each picture may provoke a variety of feelings and perspectives.

After 12 years of formal education, John Thomas succeeded and graduated from Kerala's Creative Hut Institute of Photography and Film with a Professional Diploma in the Art of Photography and Cinematography. Additionally, he is certified as an Assistant Cameraman (NSQF Level 3) approved by the Media and Entertainment Skill Council under Skill India.
