Rajasthan, the state I explored to collect materials for my book, didn’t allow me to go beyond her borders. Rajasthan gave me a great start with delightful ending. This time, it was for Architecture. It would not be wrong if I said this place is the king of all architectural places in India. Rajasthan has preserved its historical places in excellent condition. My journey in Rajasthan started by visiting Gaithore and it was very calm and quiet with less tourists, which actually helped for my photography.

Each step I kept in the forts of Rajasthan made me to feel like a King. I saw very unique type of conceptual sculptures and how kings were building the forts with due respect to every religion. In those times, kings actively worked to maintain equality among all religions, but now, governance often revolves around caste and religion. It is very rare now a days to see this type of mentality in our politicians.
