The Media & Entertainment Skills Council (MESC) is a Not-for-Profit Organization that was founded in 2012 and is established under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The Council was founded by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) with funding from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)
The appropriate Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) established by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) with industry leadership are developing the NOSs and QPs for each job function corresponding to each level of the NSQF. As a result, the curriculum based on NOSs and QPs would automatically conform with NSQF.
CREATIVE HUT INSTITUTE OF PHOTOGRAPHY
The Creative Hut Institute of Photography is in Kottayam, Kerala, India. It is a residential college for photography and cinematography. Students from all over India can take courses at Creative Hut in Kerala that focus on professional skills.

The National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) is a national integrated and competency- based education framework that allows individuals who want to achieve their desired competence levels to do so. NSQF is an organization that organizes qualifications into levels based on skills, knowlÂedge, and aptitude. There are a total of ten levels of NSQF.

MESC has started offering training programmes for photographers in affiliated institutes like the Creative Hut Institute of Photography in Kerala, India. The primary goal of MESC is to establish a healthy and dynamic eco-system in the nation for excellent vocational education and skill development in the Media & Entertainment Space.
