Rocky Dhar, from the beautiful town of Kollam in Kerala began his photographic journey during his early years. He improved his photography talents, guided by the fundamental knowledge of the art, sincerely thinking that this mentorship was crucial in increasing the level of his work. Photography, in his opinion, is more than just a visual art form; it is a powerful language that allows him to communicate with the rest of the world. He sees the camera as an extension of his own vision, a tool that allows him to catch brief moments while communicating meaningful truths to people around the world. He sees the world through a lens that attempts to capture its fascinating beauty, the wide range of emotions it provokes, and the universal essence of acceptance. His unrelenting inquiry of the difficulties of photography creates incredible visual storytelling that surpass boundaries and capture the essence of life itself.

Having completed a Professional Diploma in the Art of Photography and Cinematography at Creative Hut Institute of Photography, Kerala during the academic year 2019-20, he has sharpened his talents in mastering the technical details and techniques that lead to mesmerising Photography.

His work aims to create a fascinating visual shade that reflects the world's fascinating variation and generates a sense of unity in those who see it. He has also done a Photography Portfolio titled as “Emotions of Colours”. His passion for photography as a form of storytelling is evident in his compelling and emotionally evocative photos, which provide viewers with a genuine connection to the world's treasures.
