“If you Want to make your Pictures more interesting, Don’t light all of it.”

The most crucial element in all of photography is light. Images have reality and expressiveness because of the effect of light and shade. We make an effort to capture the light and how it affects the topic.

Hard light, medium light, soft light, side light, back light, warm light, low-key, high key, etc. are just a few of the many names we use to characterize a light source. These adjectives essentially describe one or more of the four fundamental properties of light: color, contrast, direction, and intensity. Although it gives the impression that everything is flat, it is excellent for showcasing color. Backlighting frequently has an eerie, dramatic appearance and helps define boundaries by producing a “Rim Light.” For accentuating shape and texture, use side lighting. An air of mystery can be created using top lighting.

The most complex and emotionally stirring quality of light is color. From the initial pinkish spray of light at dawn, through the clear white light of midday, to the golden hours of the late afternoon, the color of light varies throughout the day. Additionally, light has a profound impact on our emotions and moods. The impression of an image is determined by the light, regardless of the topic. A photograph’s mood, sentiment, and emotional quality are greatly influenced by the sort of lighting used to illuminate the subject, which also gives the image life and significance.

Using light to create mood for photography in different categories like Fashion, Food, Product, Automobile, Jewelry it plays a major role to get the output in outstanding way. In my Photography I used Rim Light to create a mood of separation from Background and to give the subject a Darkish feel with Edges crisp and sharp lighting that gives more detailing about silhouette.
