    Know Your Camera Techniques, Capturing and Editing

    This very first module introduces students to Photography, and opens the doors of capturing moments. They not only learn the fundamentals of photography but also experience hands-on knowledge of camera operations, exposure settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO), and various types of cameras and lenses. The next stage is to achieve practical knowledge in editing. They learn here photo editing techniques using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Further, each student also learns how to enhance images, correct colors, and create visually appealing compositions. Through frequent practical assignments, they gain a detailed understanding of photography aspects and acquire in-depth knowledge of photographic principles.

    Practice Composition Methods and Interpretation

    Seeing and observing are the roots of Visual literacy and the basics of understanding Visual Communication. This subject of Visual Literacy and Culture covers the fundamentals of visual literacy. It on the other hand leads you to the understanding of the cultural impact of visual media, with practical experience of visual composition and visual perception. They are introduced to the design elements and design principles useful for framing and designing. The course focuses on various media platforms, which helps students understand how they affect society and visual culture. As a result, it helps students develop creative thinking and generate content for society for a wide range of viewers.

    Enhance the Tricks of Designing and Marketing

    Designing and creating ideas are the initial steps for digital media marketing. This subject begins with the understanding of the essentials of realistic design, such as typography, color theory, and layout design to the most recent use of AI tools. The main highlight of this module is the use of designing software like Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. This session of the visual content creation course is very special as it teaches students how to develop visually appealing content for social media and other digital platforms.     Light plays a vital role in creating meaningful shots and is an essential element in leading the entire story. This subject is an important session that explores every aspect of cinematography. Students acquire knowledge regarding the concept of lighting, its use along with camera techniques. It further helps in understanding shot composition to improve visual storytelling. This part of the course, covers a variety of lighting configurations, such as the use of light modifiers, and natural and artificial lighting. Students will gain a better understanding of how to establish mood, depth, and focus in their visual content through the use of hands-on projects.

    This session is the most interesting and fully practical part of the diploma in visual content creation course. It takes students into the field where they craft and make documentaries and short films. It covers the essential stages of pre-production planning, including scriptwriting and preparing the storyboard. Hands-on experiences help each student develop their skills in pre-visualization, pre-production, and post-production editing. Students are involved in working in teams and preparing impactful visual stories. This equips students with the tools and knowledge needed for real-world content creation.

    The industrial internship session of the content creation course aims at providing students with practical field experience in the media and entertainment industry. Career guidance encourages students to buildup their skills and ability. And thus helping them to perform practically and work confidently in the industry. This is the period where each student works with companies or organizations, and gain hands-on experience beneficial for their career as a visual content creator. This internship is a real-time experience for one and all enrolled in the course of visual content creation. As a result, this offers them a valuable industry and networking opportunities. Students are thus prepared to work professionally for successful careers after course completion.

    MES/ Q 0901 : Director of Photography (NSQF Level 6)

    Individuals at this job need to determine the visual style of the production. They finalize locations and equipment that will be used. During shoots, they guide efforts of the camera crew and collaborate with lighting and grips to capture the desired look for the end-product.

    MES/ Q 0903 Assistant Cameraman (NSQF Level 4)

    Individuals at this job are responsible to mark focus lengths based on the required composition and focus and refocus the camera lenses during shoots. They are also responsible to set-up/dismantle camera equipment.

    1. Laptop (8 Gb Graphic Card + 64 GB Ram + 2TB Hard disk) Not compulsory to have same configuration. If you have any laptop which will be suited for design software, then you can bring.

    Kind Note

    1. All National & International tour costs will be extra.
    2. All the taxes and charges imposed by the Government from time to time are applicable to the fees and are to be compulsorily paid by each student. At present, the GST is 18% and further any change in it will be applicable on the fee.
    3. Fee once paid is nontransferable and nonrefundable.


    HOSTEL | RESIDENTIAL PLACE

    This course offered by Creative Hut is a residential course only. Our students come from different parts of the nation.

    Kind Note
    Students must take care of the infrastructures of the hostel and the institute such as plates, cups, iron box, washing machine, shelves, cot, table, chairs, fans, studio accessories, etc... and maintain it properly. If any repairs and maintenance of the same is required due to its damage or improper handling, then it will be borne by the students.

    PHOTOGRAPHY TOUR

    Best Portfolio, Tour is essential

    We organize National and International tours during the courses. However, it is to be noted that the cost of these tours need to be borne by the students themselves. Tour costs for all national as well as international tours are additional and are not included in the course fees. Henceforth, the tour costs and expense will be informed to the students. Interested students need to pay it in the first month of the course. Another key point, is that all tours are not compulsory.

    Diploma in Visual Content Creation : Eligibility Criteria

    Content Creation Course after 10th 

    Candidates with a minimum qualification of 10th grade from any state or central board may also apply for the exam. However, on the grounds of their experience in the industry and or the interview with him/her, his/her application for the same may considered.

    Content Creation Course after 12th

    Any stream (Science, Commerce or Arts) with at least 10+2 passes from a recognized board. Students who meet these requirements are eligible to take this course.

    Content Creation Course after Graduation/PG

    Any Graduation students can also apply. Graduation is not compulsory. An entrance exam cannot fulfill to find an applicant. We need a student who is willing to do hard work and has patience.

    Diploma in Content Creation : DURATION

    Candidates will be pursuing this course with the study structure implemented by the institute, from time to time. Particularly, there are instructional classes including the theory classes, practical classes, fieldwork, and Portfolio of altogether 11 months duration ie. 216 to 240 days.

    Note : This total duration includes the sessions to cover the syllabus of PDVC & MESC.

    Diploma in Visual Content Creation : CAREER OPPORTUNITY

    Every candidate complete an internship for at least one month. On the other hand, students are placed directly for job. We help students in preparing a resume, approaching companies.
