What is the difference between the KGTE and NCVET certifications?
The KGTE (Kerala Government Technical Examination) is a rigorous state-level technical credential specifically for our photography students. The NCVET (National Council for Vocational Education and Training) certification, awarded through MESC and Skill India, is a national-level credential specifically tailored for our cinematography programme. Both validate your technical foundations for immediate industry employment.
Are these certifications valid if I am applying from outside Kerala?
Absolutely. Creative Hut Academy is a residential campus welcoming students from all over India. While the KGTE is state-issued, it is a highly respected technical qualification nationwide. Furthermore, the NCVET cinematography certification is a national NSQF-aligned credential, and our Adobe Certified Professional badges are recognised globally.

No, there is no formal entrance exam to join our certified diploma programmes. Admissions for our 2027 batch are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. We focus purely on your passion for the craft and your willingness to adapt to our intensive, portfolio-driven residential lifestyle.
